JOB SUMMARY
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function with or without reasonable accommodation.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage patients queue and patient flow of patients in the clinic,
- Ensures the minimum effect of patient crowdedness on workflow
- Set appointments to the patients to be seen by the doctors considering the number of patients in the waiting area
- Help the mobile team to transport (upload and unload) the medical boxes and furniture needed in the clinics
- Ensure that the sites are kept clean if the site has no cleaner
- Ensure that all medical and non-medical bins (colored waste bags) are available and being used properly in coordination with nurses
- Report any unusual patient behavior to the team leader and medical officer (if needed) with maintaining maximum level of crowd and self-control
- Ensure that clinic flow is clarified to registered patients and they are directed to the selected area or medical team as directed by the triage team, adhering to IMC code of conduct to deal with beneficiaries equally
- Help manage beneficiaries expectations and explain to the patients the services that IMC teams can and cannot provide
- Participate in all trainings and duties assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 to 8 years of education
- Previous experience as crowd controller
- 1 year experience as security guard preferred
