Hub Coordinators (2 Positions)- Open to Somali Nationals Only

ROLE DIMENSION
Save the Children operates across all zones in Somalia and currently has three main area offices and additional 11 field offices. Programmatically Somalia is a large Country Office with more than $110million annual budget and staff over 700 staff
ROLE PURPOSE
The primary purpose of the Hub Coordinator is to oversee and lead the overall Resilience Food Security Activity (RFSA)/Adkeeysi project in Deynile East and Central Hub Offices supporting implementation of key milestones, leading diverse technical teams at ground, representing SCI and RFSA at different clusters and coordinating the different IPs Hub team members in professional and integrity manner to assure greater team bond and achieve better project results. The incumbent will closely work with the RFSA Chief of Party, Technical Advisors and MEAL, RFSA program manager, Area Deputy rep and FSL Programme Manager to assure that project implementation is on track and delivered with the highest quality standards.
S/he will work closely with the FSL Program Manager- Hirshabelle and Galmudug states, Deputy Area Representative, FSL Technical Specialists, Head of FSL, Finance, Human Resources, and Logistic staff.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- University Degree in development studies, Agriculture, Economics, or any other social sciences
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- A minimum of least 3-4 years of management experience in the INGO environment, including exposure to field operations in both emergency and development programs
- Good understanding of livelihoods, resilience, durable solution concepts, and issues in both emergency and development contexts.
- Experience and knowledge of effective financial and budgetary management of projects over USD 500,000
- Experience in INGO program cycle management, and experience working within a complex and matrix organization structure
- High level of integrity and ability to work as part of a professional team.
- Ability and willingness to work under high pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Supportive personnel management style
- Good command of written and spoken English
